A prominent and proud feminist, Pant curated a popular monthly panel discussion on gender-equality called Feminist Rani for SheThePeople, where pertinent issues concerning gender equality were discussed with guests like RJ Malishka, Mallika Dua, Trisha Shetty, Aditi Mittal, Rana Ayyub, Priyanka Chaturvedi, Sapna Bhavnani, Rega Jha, Harrish Iyer, Rashmi Bansal and Alankrita Srivastava. She also interviewed India’s leading opinion makers and change leaders from Shobhaa De to Chanda Kochhar to Kalki Koechlin to Deepa Malik for her own online chat shows: She’s The Boss (Firstpost), First Lady (Firstpost), Nine Months (Firstpost), and Get Real (SheThePeople.TV).
In order to raise awareness about the atrocities that women face, Pant has written articles for and been quoted in leading national and international media for issues like consent, rape, domestic violence, miscarriage, surrogacy, body-shaming, public safety, sexual harassment and gender sensitivity. Her articles are regularly published in the Times of India, Hindustan Times, DNA, MidDay, Outlook, The Asian Age, Mumbai Mirror, Tehelka, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Verve, Cosmopolitan, Grazia, Man’s World, Little India, South Asian Times, India Today, Scroll, Firstpost, The Huffington Post, DailyO and BuzzFeed, among others. She is known for her fair and objective stance on pertinent issues.

A physical abuse survivor, she has spoken at several platforms, including TEDx, on her personal experience, urging women to speak out against domestic violence. She is credited for urging women to speak out and popularizing the slogan “Stop The Silence. Stop The Violence”.

Pant is associated with several charities for underprivileged girls, like the Avanti Young Women Leadership Program, The Blue Ribbon Movement, Kehkasha 2017, Srujna Sheroes, and served as a mentor for Sheroes and Vital Voices (a woman empowering initiative by Hillary Clinton), where she has given motivational talks to underprivileged girls. She performed a powerful monologue for Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues at the Prithvi Theatre in Mumbai.
